Zeno Contracts Limited have recently completed an exciting refurbishment on Unit C4 Duddeston Mill Road, Birmingham. Work compromised of a full roof refurbishment which included gutter coatings, cut edge corrosion treatment, del glaze and encapsulation of fittings, external cleaning and decoration to elevations, internal re-configuration and decoration, flooring and a polished warehouse floor.

Chris Ingram Director
With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Chris has an impressive track record. He has refurbished over £100 million in industrial and commercial properties, including warehouses, offices, and retail units nationwide. As an established principal contractor, he is known for collaborating with leading UK consultancies, including Jones Lang Lasalle, CBRE, Hollis, and Cushman & Wakefield.
Chris’s lead-from-the-front approach allows him to build lasting relationships with clients, including heavyweights Aviva, Legal & General, and The Crown Estate.
A deep-rooted friendship with co-director Craig, established since their school days, strengthens their professional synergy.
Outside work, Chris, an Ironman finisher, relishes boxing and treasured family moments.
Craig Collier Director
With over 5 years of experience in the construction industry, Craig brings invaluable industry experience and a commitment to exceeding client expectations. He has managed multiple industrial and commercial projects ranging from £500,000 to £1.2 million. His expertise extends from handling intricate dilapidations to overseeing comprehensive refurbishments for prestigious clients.
At Zeno Contracts, Craig’s dedication to honesty, integrity, and exceptional client relationships creates a seamless experience for all involved.
Working closely with co-founder Chris, both professionally and personally, since their secondary school days, their shared values anchor the core of the company.
